10 Tips for PowerPoint
10 Tips for using PowerPoint:
1.)Grab the viewers attention with animation and other visuals
2.)Do not add a lot of text...keep it sweet and simple
3.)Have some variation between slides...don't put your viewer to sleep
4.)Have some consistency...same font size and font type on the slide
5.)Make sure the colors of the text and slides are easy to read and see
6.)Add images and videos to enhance your presentation and information
7.)If you have a large number of slides create a slide with action buttons leading to each section of your presentation...this makes it easier for others to navigate your PP
8.)Before starting your PP outline your information so you know the specifics for each slide
9.)Print off your slides to help keep track of where your at in your presentation so you are not just reading word for word of the slides
10.)PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE
